This has become a fully functioning church, which is large enough to open Churches in different of parts Kenya, which has enabled us to influence Africa for Christ.(The Ministries is the Implementing Agency of the Open Gate Foundation church empowerment programs)
And from 2009 we concentrated on supporting planting of churches and empowering church leaders on recruiting, training, praying and mobilizing church leaders to participate in Evangelism, Prison Ministry, Home Church Mission, schools ministries and Frontier Cell Group’s Ministry and Christian Social Responsibility from our base
We are networking together as one body with Evangelists, pastors and church leaders under O.G.F to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
We believe God’s plan is for these churches to continue to stand together, linked in strong relationship to fulfill the mandate of Christ. This means our focus is on Evangelism, Mission and Discipleship – making, maturing and mobilizing disciples of Jesus Christ. We have a godly goal of becoming the most effective leading Christian development organization advocating for Christian faith and offering reliable, sustainable and empowering safety nets.
O.G.F believe that, because of its spontaneous uprising in Kenya, the Foundation is in fulfillment of the Bible prophecies that God would pour out in the last days His Holy Spirit on all mankind.
“The objects of the Open Gate Foundation are to spread the full Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and the fundamental truths, are the formal words from the Constitution which set out the reasons for the existence of the Church empowerment programs. The upholding of Bible standards of conduct and worship are ensured by our representative form of government through our network and collaboration.
