Open Gate Women Alliance

Uniting Women. Transforming Communities.

Open Gate Women Alliance (OGWA) is a survivor-led thematic council of Open Gate Foundation (OGF Kenya). We unite grassroots women leaders to drive gender justice, economic sovereignty, and community-led change across Kenya.

About OGWA

Building a Kenya Where Women Thrive Open Gate Women Alliance (OGWA) is a coalition of women’s groups, grassroots leaders, and advocates committed to advancing gender equality and protecting women’s rights.

As the dedicated Women’s Arm of Open Gate Foundation (OGF Kenya), OGWA represents a survivor-led ecosystem. We move beyond traditional aid by organizing women into a formidable alliance. We believe that when women stand together, they shift from being survivors to architects of their own destiny and community transformation.
